Drawing inspiration from classic films, Transformers, video games, He-Man, horror themes, and the timeless battle between Good and Evil, the release wove together custom samples, original compositions, and layered remixes into a continuous narrative experience. The project featured an epic five-part tribute to the fantasy film Legend, utilizing extensive movie sampling to create an immersive world of goblins, darkness, heroes, and redemption. Assisted by Mark Scurrah of Sun Mountain Music and Vision Laser with mastering and vocal production, LEGEND became a milestone achievement that transformed DJ Natural Nate® from a respected turntablist into a producer capable of telling complete stories through music. Originally performed live on NuBreaks.com using turntables, mixer, keyboard, and original productions, the series represented a bold statement that electronic music could still preserve real DJ performance while embracing limitless creativity.
